An uplifting and energising ‘milk’shake – the perfect pick-me-up!

Ingredients:

  • 1c Banana & Chai Raglan Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1c Cashew Milk
  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Raw Cacao
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • A pinch of Himalayan sea salt
  • Cacao and Cinnamon to dust

Method:

  1. Blend all base ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve straight away in a nice cold glass, dust with cinnamon and/or cacao to decorate.Both Maca and Cacao are superfoods know to boost energy levels. Added benefits are said to include antioxidants, an improved metabolism, a rich vitamin and mineral boost, hormone balancing and of course a delicious taste!
