- Salted Caramel Shake
– 1⁄2 cup frozen bananas -1⁄2 cup Greek Style Raglan Coconut Yoghurt – 3 teaspoons honey or maple syrup – 2 tablespoons vanilla pea protein – 1⁄2 cup soy milk – 1⁄4 water – 1⁄2 ice – 1 teaspoon vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon of salt
Extras: Popcorn coated in honey, toasted granola & buckwheat, coconut flakes maple syrup to decorate
- Peanut Butter Cup & Jam Shake
– 1⁄2 cup frozen bananas – 1⁄2 cup Greek Style Raglan Coconut Yoghurt – 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup – 2 tablespoons vanilla pea protein – 1⁄2 cup soy milk – 1⁄4 water – 1⁄2 ice – 1 teaspoon vanilla essence – 1 1⁄2 teaspoon peanut butter
Extras: 2 x teaspoons jam or berries, chopped peanut, coconut flakes, freeze dried strawberries and extra peanut butter to decorate
1.Blend ice, bananas, water, soy milk, yoghurt and all other ingredients until smooth & well combined.
2.Decorate with toppings if desired and serve immediately.
